Returns & Exchange Policy
Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 14 days of receiving the order. If you need a size exchange, we’d happily arrange for that depending on availability. If you need to return a product or exchange it for another, we’re happy to arrange for that too.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We request you to return the products in their original packaging along with the BAGS and PAPER TAGS intact.
Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale or been purchased offline. Sale items are applicable for exchange. The reverse pickup facility is not available for returns/exchange.
To start your return process, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with complete details of your order and items being returned. Please refer to your invoice or the email that you received with the order. You can also contact us at +911145733091 for any assistance.
Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive your original product back.
For order returns, we’ll credit your balance in your bank account within 5-7 working days of receiving the products back from you.
We call every customer once we have received their orders for confirmation. You can cancel or modify your order via call.
Make sure you fill in your correct and complete address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
